Who would have guessed that the world's longest running lunchtime theatre was right here in Calgary? Well known for providing Calgarians a place to enjoy live theatre during their lunch hour, Lunchbox Theatre is a professional company that produces at least six plays per year as well as the Petro-Canada Stage One Festival where many one-act plays get their start, and the BD&P Emerging Director Program where many early career directors get their first professional experience. Showtimes

Shows run Monday through Saturday at 12:10 pm and Friday at 6:10 pm (see below for more info). The approximate running time for all shows is 45 minutes. You are welcome to bring your lunch and enjoy it during the performance. More Info

Happy Hour

At 6:10 pm every Friday we present a Happy Hour performance where you can join us for a complimentary drink, provided by the Auburn Saloon, before or after the performance. After the show, stay downtown and go for dinner or head to another performance elsewhere in the cultural district.

PlayPass

With a PlayPass you receive six flexible admissions at a discounted rate to use any way you want throughout the 2008-2009 season presented by EnCana. Redeem for one ticket to each of the six plays or take five friends to see one of the plays. How you use it is up to you. More Info

Pre-Order Your Lunch

For the 2008/2009 season presented by EnCana we are pleased to bring back bagged lunches! There are six delicious options created by the chefs at the Auburn Saloon to choose from. Lunches must be purchased 24 hours in advance and are just $10. More Info
