Why Donate
Here at Lunchbox Theatre our patrons have told us that affordable ticket prices are deeply important to them. For 35 years we have worked very hard to keep the most reasonable ticket price in town.
As a result our ticket sales only account for 17% of our revenue. Government funding accounts for 32% and our lunches and rentals account for another 2%. This means that 49% of our operating funds come from the private sector.
We have amazingly generous corporate partners and loyal donors who have strongly supported us throughout our history. With the Province announcing 16% cuts to the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, and corporations cutting back due to the recession, your help is more essential now than ever before.
