Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Lunchbox Theatre (the Society) will be held in
the RGO Treehouse at cSPACE (1721 29th Ave SW, Calgary AB, T2T 6T7) on the 16th November 2026 at 5:00PM (MST) for the following purposes:
· To receive the financial statements of the Society for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2025
· To affirm and elect Directors of the Society
· To appoint the Auditors of the Society for the ensuing year
· To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting
